Diese Woche gab es wieder einiges Neues zu sehen auf unserer Baustelle. Die zweite Kellerhälfte wurde fertig geschalt und gegossen, die Öffnung für den Mehrspartenanschluss wurde gelegt, die Isolierung und Dämmung wurde angebracht und die Innenwände wurden gemauert.
Die Kellerdecke kann kommen!
A lot of new things to see on our construction site this week. The second half of the concrete walls of the basement were poured, the HCS hole was drilled, the insulation was installed and the inner basement walls were layed.
Now the basement ceiling can come!
Looking impressive. Do you need to use pumps for the basement or are you above the water table?

AntwortenLöschenWe are above the water table and there was no groundwater found by the geologist. Hence no need for pumps in the basement. However, we do have a drainage around the house. It was not neccessary, but recommended, and we did not want to have an indoor swimming pool some day.
