Notartermin - Notary meeting

Heute konnte man uns die Aufregung definitiv ansehen. Endlich ist der Notartermin da - ein großer Meilenstein auf dem Weg zu unserem Traum vom eigenen Haus. Nach 1,5 Stunden ist es geschafft, wir sind stolze Besitzer eines Grundstücks.

Today we were extremely excited as we went to the notary. This is a huge milestone on our way to our own home. One and a half hours later we were proud owners of a plot for our house. Some might say the pile of dirt on the picture above.

Finanzierungsbestätigung - financing confirmation

Nachdem die Bank weitere Dokumente angefordert hatte und nach unzähligen Aufforderungen unsererseits, haben wir endlich die Zusage für die Finanzierung bekommen. Das war knapp - 1 Tag vor dem Notartermin.

We had to submit some more documents upon request from our bank. After several reminders from our side we finally got the approval for the financing of our project. It was high time - one day before the contract for the plot.

Kaufvertrag für das Haus - Contract of sale for the house

Nach langem überlegen und analysieren haben wir uns für ein FAVORIT Massivhaus und die Firma ATTRAKTIVES WOHNEN GmbH in Reutlingen entschieden. Wir wurden sehr kompetent beraten und letzten Endes überzeugte uns die langjährige Erfahrung der Firma. Wir haben heute unseren Hausvertrag unterschrieben und sind sehr gespannt auf die Zusammenarbeit.

Ein guter Tipp: Eine Liquiditäts-/Bonitätsprüfung vom Bauunternehmen ist gut investiertes Geld um sicher zu sein, dass das Bauunternehmen auf finanziell stabilen Beinen steht. Das ganze geht beispielsweise online bei der DWA (Deutsche Wirtschaftsauskunft).

After long discussions and analysis we decided on a FAVORIT solid house and the construction company ATTRAKTIVES WOHNEN GmbH in Reutlingen. We feel that this is the best partner for us and got convinced by the competent consulting and their years long business experience. Today we signed our contract with the construction company and are very excited to work together on our dream-house project.

A good advice: Performing a credit check on the construction company is money well invested. It costs about 60 EUR and provides extra security. This can be done online at the DWA (Deutsche Wirtschaftsauskunft).
